Delivery & PickUp times

Delivery: TO THE DOOR OF YOUR HOME OR OFFICE.
Panama City: We work with a local delivery company, and we reach any point from the North Corridor to the South Corridor. Your order will arrive safely for an excellent shipping cost.
We will notify you when your order is ready to be shipped, try to be aware of your cell phone (or phone of the person who is going to receive it) so that the courier does not wait too long, we value your time very much!

In the case of not having received the courier at the indicated address, the package will be returned to the CLAUDE workshop and you will have to pay for the shipment again to receive it 1 or 2 days later.

For shipments to the outskirts: we work with the Uno Express company, we notify you of the guide number when it is sent and so you can withdraw it whenever you prefer. 


PICKUP: IN OUR WORKSHOP LOCATED INSIDE CUTAI LASER (COCO DEL MAR).
If you have a complicated schedule and you prefer to withdraw, we have enabled the option to withdraw your order in our workshop. We will notify you when it is ready, that is, on the Monday following your purchase.

Pick up hours: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5:30 pm

We are located @Cutai Laser, on the first floor of Coco del Mar Suites. You find us on Google Maps or Waze as Coco del Mar Suites.

In this option, the person who made the order must go. It will not be delivered to outside couriers.

In any case, we are not responsible for the destination of the package once it has been received at the address indicated by the customer.
